Станции ERSA пользую давно и очень доволен,
multiTip 25W&& имеет смысл если пользоваться паяльником приходится иногда.
Наконечники 832 серии - самая недорогая и многочисленная серия.
Если работать регулярно то возьми хотя-б RDS80,
если позволяет бюджет то Digital2000-PowerTool (этот работает с любым ерсавским инструментом)
