Регулятор тот что на сайте, хочется сделать как можно менше и легче.
Так вот можно ли вместо IRL2203N поставить IRF7413? Ну или хотябы несколько штук параллельно?
можно, на 400-Й мотор приходится 2-3 таких транзистора и все будет путём
А ещё лучше - один IRF7822 - и внутреннее сопротивление меньше и ток 18А на транзистор. А вот пара таких в параллель изменили полностью моё представление о надёжности транзисторов в SO8 корпусах.
