Им нужен именно authorization number, который в банке вам никто не скажет, ответьте башне что банк не предоставляет такой информации и предложите им другие пути вашей верификации, например отправка им скана карты и паспорта. Они ответят примерно так:
Dear Tower Hobbies Customer,

Thank you for placing an order with Tower Hobbies.

We understand that you are unable to obtain the authorization number from your bank to verify your order. To proceed with your order, we will require the following documents. Without these we will not be able to ship your order.

A copy of a photo ID. This needs to be an official ID. Example: Drivers license or passport. It will need to incl*ude your name and picture.

We also require a copy of the front of your credit card. Note: email and faxes are not secured. You can rest assured that after we have reviewed the copy, we will shred it in a secure manner.

The copies may be emailed, faxed (800-637-7303 or 217-356-6608) or mailed to us at Tower Hobbies, PO Box 9078, Champaign, IL 61826-9078. Please put Attention: Kim Johnson. When you supply this information, please be sure to incl*ude your Tower Hobbies customer number or your order number so that we can assist you promptly.

Also, we need to know the address where you receive your credit card statement. If you are shipping the product to a different address, please let us know why. We prefer to only ship to the billing address.
