Можно. Но эффект будет хуже чем от специального.

А из обиходного автопрома каким можно маслом пропитывать, а то мне как то рекомендовали пропитку воздуханов-нулевиков с больших а.м. а стоит она еще дороже. И как сильно необходимо пропитывать фильтрующие элементы?
