Скорость зависит от целей и кошелька.
Думаю до 150 км\ч разогнать баггу или анлим не составит труда.

А по теме - я никогда не видел чтобы офф-роуд на скорость разгоняли.

Самые быстрые из Багги - под управлением , опытного пилота.
