Подскажите, кто использовал в качестве отделки эпоксидный гелькоат, чем наносить, количество пигмента, секреты . Интересует использование в качестве первого слоя при матричном формовании.

Mixing ratio: 100 : 38 parts by weight of resin to hardener.
Processing time: 40 minutes.
Gelling time approx. 3 hours at 20 °C.
Curing time 24 hours at 20 °C.

This colourless, non-drip formulation of overlay resin for gel coats (outer laminate layers) can be coloured with epoxy colour pastes.
Consumption approx. 0.3 kg/m².
Processing with hardener S (20 min), L (40 min), and EPH 161 (90 min, enhanced heat distortion temperature).
хорошо размешать ибо он весьма вязкий , особено у стенок постаратся …
наносить кистью , не мзаками , а небольсйими тыками …
стратся избежать пузырьков , особено они любят создаватся в углах …
когда Гелькот подсохнет так что бы уже не сдвинутся с места можно начать класть ткань на епоксидке …
наносимого слоя толшино с милиметр и меньше вполне достаточно …
