есть ли гувернер в регуляторе turnigy plush 18а?
Недавно с вертолетом получил регулятор GUEC GE-221ESC 22А [207022] По внешним признакам (номеру в приложенном листочке-инструкции) удалось определить, что это скорее всего HOBBYWING Pentium-18A. Он же TURNIGY Plush 18А.
В приложенной бумажной инструкции, один в один с сайта HOBBYWING, не удалось найти какого-либо упоминания про наличие в регуляторе гувернера. Однако, на этом же сайте на карте-программаторе (которую можно приобрести отдельно) есть графа гувернер (см. картинку п. 8 предпоследняя строка).
Вопросы на засыпку:
- Есть ли в регуляторе гувернер?
- И можно ли его включить без карты-программатора.
А то без гувернера на вертолете летать совсем кисло. 😕
Полазал по RCGroups, нашел там вот такую статью:
- Set your throttle curve to 0 flat
- Arm your receiver
- set your throttle stick to mid stick verify in throttle curve to 50/50
- increase throttle till you find desired head speed using digital taco
NOTE: this MUST be between 75% and 85% otherwise change pinions- power all off
- Pull out programming card plug in esc
- power esc up
- set super soft start (important)
- set mid timing (also very important as low timing governor mode does not work)
- set governor mode ON
- Power all off and power on and verify with card that programming took!
- Plug everything back in again
- turn transmitter on and move transmitter stick to high position
- power receiver and esc
- wait till you hear two beeps (esc says I know your high position now)
16 move to low stick position- wait till you hear some music (interesting tunes)
- wait till you hear one long beep (ESC say I know your low position now)
19 immediately after long beep switch on throttle hold (which was set to 0% by default)- power off receiver and esc
- leave throttle hold on
- turn on transmitter and the receiver
- have digital taco ready again
- with transmitter at 50% stick again starting at 0 throttle slowly increase
- set throttle curve to some value that obtains the desired head speed (Note it is different now may be anywhere between 70% and 90%, mine way 76%)
- power off by first using throttle cut the unplug power
- ensure your cut / kill is 0 or -5%
- now make a flat throttle curve to that value you just obtained
- switch off transmitter power everything back up in normal fashion except have the cut / kill ON
- power up heli as per normal
- have a flight and all works fine.
Took me ages to figure it out… reading the manual (which is in Chinglish) reading other forums to verify what I found, damn thing drove me nuts but it works. when you hover the revs are now exactly same as landing and moving to 0 pitch, but it’s like your in idle up mode all the time (personally I am switching back, but it was good to know you can do it).
Note: I had to change my pinion to achieve the correct head speed
timing needs to be mid to allow it to expand / shrink the pulse width, if you set to low then it cant go lower (this had me confused as to why it would increase in speed when I landed) thus not able to maintain the governor mode you set.On FUll Pitch with this smaller turnigy e500 motor you can hear the revs slightly go down but not as much as it use to happen when I set throttle curves, anyway I am also running it at 12 deg pitch too so I am asking a lot from this motor.

Т.е. гувернер в Турингах все же есть, но для того, чтобы его включить нужно не только иметь карту-программатор, но еще просто е…ся с настройками.
Может все-таки можно включить гувернер проще и без карты?
А у меня плющ на 60А, тоже стало интересно про наличие гувера… ну и еще про возможное наличие СОФТ старта))
честно скажу, все эти махинации вроде бы работают, однако при резком сбросе нагрузки либо наоборот, при перегрузке обороты срываются, мотор резко теряет мощность, поймать верт потом весьма проблематично.
обязательным условием является установка средних таймингов, теоретически регуль может их менять на лету, практически же фигня какая-то получается. вобщем просто по кривым намного стабильнее.

Достал-таки карту программатор и тестил свой регуль с тахометром. Гувернер в нем не работает. Обороты даже при 0 градусов на роторе просто падают по мере просадки батареи. И это заметно тахометром даже на полностью заряженной батарейке.
Старый регуль от ГАУИ хотя бы какое-то время обороты держит стабильно. Да и весит меньше. Сейчас летаю на старом. Хотя указанный срыв по оборотам и на старом регуле от ГАУИ один раз видел. Виной тому похоже является перегрев - это защита регуля так срабатывает.
Через программатор выставил говер и мелодию запуска даже!))) Апосля посмотрим на говер будет работать!
