Подскажите реально такое существует или нет. Нужно чтобы при определённом токе или ограничивал ток или при превышении отключал нагрузку
Если поиграться самому, то годится любая схема источника постоянного тока. Для больших токов схема содержит ИОН, делитель, операционник, шунт и полевик. Но для варианта ограничения серьезных токов нужен радиатор размером с кирпич, иначе полевик сгорит сразу. Гуглить по словам “стабилизатор тока на оу”.
Для небольших токов годится схема на паре транзисторов. Гуглить по словам “стабилизатор тока на транзисторах”.
