Существуют ли стандартные и микросервомашинки, с рабочим напряжением до 12.6В (3S), если да, то где взять в Москве.

Хороших пока не видел. на Х-кинге есть. Но вы правильно сказали - “Хобби кинга нет и не будет”

Приемник выживет, это квадрокоптер, там есть бек на 5В на плате управления, но слабенький.
Для подвеса хочется больших и толстых серв, но ставить отдельный бек не хочется, вес критичен уже.
