Готовый шпиндель не по карману, поэтому посадил на одну ось 3 двигателя от ксерокса.Питание 5В и 50В.Работает бесшумно.
идея отличная но вот мощности на что хватит?
Какая скорость и мошность ?
На двигателе написано 24В-2100 об. Я подаю 50В ток около 1А.Когда прижимаю кусок доски ток увеличивается до 3А, а обороты не падают(может в будущем сделаю приборчик для измерения оборотов).
Довел до ума,работает без шума и пыли.При рабочей подаче 2000 мм/мин и шаге по Z 5мм выпилил поверхность биллиардного стола из прессованной бумаги 900x1700мм.
