EVO от Autel Robotics

Выскажусь, как владелец предыдущей модели от Autel (X-Star Premium).

1. Поддержка от Autel Robotics одна из лучших в мире. Но в России это вряд ли чем поможет, так как гарантия на нас не распространяется. Официально Autel на Россию не торгует. Можно пойти обходными путями через хороших парней в Carolina Dronz, но тоже не все проблемы они будут помогать решить. Ну и если английский у вас так себе, то поддержка отпадает.

2. Autel не торопится с выпуском прошивок (последнюю рабочую задержали на полгода) и с прошивками поступает, как Microsoft c Windows 10: старые баги исправляет, но насаживает несколько новых, иногда критических. Как будет с EVO, предсказать не могу.

3. Год назад у них были крупные подвижки в менеджменте, поувольнялись энтузиасты, на их место пришли молодые и горячие менеджеры-продажники. Эта информация тщательно скрывалась компанией, но в Америке любят и умеют квалифицированно покопаться в грязном белье и вытащить на свет хотя бы полуправду. Поэтому вместо развития X-Star (новые сменные камеры, прошивки) мы видим клон Mavic.

4. Через год после выпуска X-Star Premium начались перебои с батареями. То они есть в продаже, то их нет. И появление в продаже этой необходимой детали обставлялось, как выпуск новой модели дрона. Маркетологи рулят…

5. X-Star - отличная машина, но я брал его под камеру, которую так и не выпустили. SDK обещали 2 года и забросили это дело. Не сомневаюсь, что EVO - тоже прекрасно летает и снимает. Первое время. Так что я с Autel прощаюсь. X-Star или добью или продам за бесценок.

Ну и так, пара примечаний: переход на метрическую систему на X-Star есть, на EVO тоже должен быть. Дальность - как у всех дронов этой ценовой категории зависит от чистоты эфира.

Здесь пилот купил ЕВО и летает.Доволен.NFZ нет.

Доступны почти все настройки без соеденения с дроном.

Warranty

Autel Robotics (the Company) warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product, that should this product or any part thereof during normal consumer usage and conditions, be proven defective in material or workmanship that results in product failure within one year of purchase of new product, or 180 days on refurbished product, such defect(s) will be repaired, or replaced (with new or refurbished parts or products) at the Company’s option, with Proof of Purchase, without charge for parts or labor directly related to the defect(s). Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Obstacle Avoidance, Computer Vision and all other autopilot functions are not intended to completely replace the pilot and may not react in all situations or conditions. Accidental damages will only be covered under this warranty if there is an obvious failure of hardware or components.
The Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or mounting of the device. The extent of Autel’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair and replacement provided above and, in no event, shall its liability exceed the purchase price paid by purchaser for the product.
This warranty does not apply to:

1. Aircraft(s) not utilizing most current, or up to date, and publicly available firmware.
2. Battery that cycle charged more than 200 times.
3. Products subjected to abnormal use or environmental conditions, accident, mishandling, neglect, unauthorized alteration, misuse, improper installation or repair, or improper storage.
4. Products with signs of tampering or altering of the serial number label, waterproof mark, etc.
5. Products that have had flight log details altered or deleted.
6. Damage resulting from connection to, or use of any accessory or other product not approved or authorized by the Company.
7. Defects in appearance, cosmetic, decorative or structural items such as framing and non-operative parts.
8. Products damaged from external causes including but not limited to fire, water, dirt, sand, battery leakage, blown fuse, theft or improper usage of any electrical source.

NOTE:

1. All contents of the product may be deleted during the process of repair. You should create a back-up copy of any contents of your product before delivering the product for warranty service.
2. If your product qualifies for warranty repair, please carefully review the after-sale service instructions at link before sending your products.

After-sale service instructions

1. Customer contacts Autel Customer Support via email or phone to request Warranty service.
2. Autel reviews Warranty request and determines Warranty eligibility.
3. If eligible, Autel issues warranty repair authorization to customer.
4. Customer sends product to Autel.
5. Autel repairs or replaces the product and send back to customer.

How do I get my aircraft serviced?
Autel Robotics repairs are performed exclusively from our repair center in Bothell, WA. To request a repair, our US-based customer service can be reached at 1-844-My-Autel (844)-692-8835, and it is open seven days a week from 8:00am – 6:00pm (PST).
How long will service take?
Service times often depend on the nature of the issue and the availability of service parts at the service location. Be sure to ask how long the repair will take when you discuss service with Autel Robotics, or when you take your aircraft to an Autel Robotics Authorized Service Center.

Учитывая всё выше сказанное и тот факт, что за те-же (или даже меньшие) деньги доступен Mavic Pro и Air, а чуть позже будет Mavic 2 - Autel “не взлетит”.

Нужно быть большим энтузиастом что бы купить эту штуку, цена неприлично высока
