Раньше они принимали претензию только через 60 дней.
Сейчас через 45.
Но вот мне отправили повторно заказ, а “потерявшийся” пришел на 49 день.
писать на CSEMAIL@towerhobbies.com
Указать номер инвойса и дату отправки.
Воспользоваться компенсацией или повторной отправкой башня разрешает один раз.
Все новые заказы если потеряются, то за ваш счет.

Подмогните пожалуйста с текстом как правильно жаловаться на “Башню”. Моя посылка отправлена 13.01.2003. но её ещё нет, а я с Английским не дружу.

Interestingly. You receive compensation from post service, but I was not present? You can send my packages USPS EMS?. I am ready to pay such delivery. There the insurance is incl*uded. The package has Tracking number. All other shops with which I use in America without problems send me USPS EMS.
