В схеме питания скорпионовского регулятора стоит полевой P-каналый транзистор с маркировкой 5641, корпус типа SOT-363/Micro-6/SuperSOT-6.

Фото не будет, кроме гравировки 5641, никаких других надписей там нет.
Этот транзистор из типовой схемы включения LM3485.
По разводке платы там стояло что-то типа IRLMS6702:
Там видимо импульсный преобразователь напряжения. Туду можно любой подобный транзистор. Может быть вот этот и подойдёт IRLMS6702. Пробовать нужно.
