Рег мигает потому что он видит при включении нажатым газ, срабатывает защита от неожиданного убегания. Свидетельство тому, когда вы пере включаете пульт не выключая рег, модель начинает давить газ. Я только не понял, на движение курка она в этот момент реагирует? Может просто в этот момент триммером (крутилкой) убавить газ и она по идеи должна остановиться. Но в любом случаи ищите в инструкции, как откалибровать, привязать пульт к регу, на видео вы привязываете приемник к регу. Регулятору надо показать где у вас газ, тормоз, нейтраль. После сброса настроек на пульте, я так понимаю и конечные точки сбросились.

Рассказываю. Как мы и договорились, на техподдержку я пишу письмо и описываю проблему.
Приходит ответ:
First try putting fresh batteries in the radio and in your vehicle.
Make sure the antenna on your receiver is not cut short, and that it
is all the way out to the end of the antenna tube. Check the plugs
in your receiver to make sure they are secure, that the steering is
plugged into channel 1, the ESC is plugged into channel 2 and that
none of the wires are pinched frayed or kinked.

Next reset your transmitter to its factory default settings.

  1.  Press and hold the set button.

  2.  Turn the transmitter on

  3.  After 10 seconds release the set button.  The LED will start

blinking slow green

  1.  Turn the steering wheel full left and hold.  Press the set

button and then release the steering wheel. The LED will blink fast green.

  1.  Turn the steering wheel full right and hold.  Press the set

button and then release the steering wheel. The LED will blink slow red.

  1.  Pull the trigger all the way back and hold.  Press the set

button and then release the throttle. The LED will blink fast red.

  1.  Push the trigger all the way forward and hold.  Press the set

button and then release the trigger. The LED will turn solid green.

Here is how to bind your 2.4GHz transmitter to your receiver.

  1.  Install the AA batteries in the transmitter.  Press and hold

the SET button. Turn on the transmitter and release the SET button.
The status LED will flash red slowly, indicating that the transmitter
is in bind mode.

  1.  Press and hold the LINK button on the receiver

  2.  Turn on the speed control by pressing the EZ-Set button, and

release the LINK button.

  1.  When the LEDs on both the transmitter and the receiver turn

solid green, the system is bound and ready for use. Confirm that the
steering and throttle operate properly before driving your model.

Next calibrate the speed control to the transmitter.

  1.  Disconnect one of the motor wires between the XL-2.5 and the

motor. This is a precaution to prevent runaway when
the speed control is turned on before it is programmed.

  1.  Connect a fully charged battery pack to the XL-2.5.

  2.  Turn on the transmitter (with the throttle at neutral).

  3.  Press and hold the EZ-Set button. The LED will first turn

green and then red.
Release the button.

  1.  When the LED blinks RED ONCE, pull the throttle trigger to

the full throttle position
and hold it there.

  1.  When the LED blinks RED TWICE, push the throttle trigger to

the full reverse and hold
it there.

  1.  When the LED blinks GREEN ONCE, programming is complete. The

LED will then shine green or red (depending
on Low-Voltage Detection setting), indicating the XL-2.5 is on and at neutral.

Finally unplug the steering servo from the receiver and see if the
ESC programs normally. A shorted servo can cause the system to fail.
