When you supply this information, please be sure to include your Tower Hobbies customer number or order number so that we can assist you promptly.
We also need to verify the address your credit card statements are mailed to and the phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Please include this information in your response.
We request this information to verify that you are the credit cardholder and appreciate your cooperation. We look forward to your prompt response so that we may proceed with your order.

Ребят помогите разобраться, сколько раз заказывал с Башни не разу не отправляли таким пересылом Intl Small Packet Air это курьерская служба или что? трек они дают на это отправление?
Скорее всего это недорогой первый класс, без трека.
Хочу посмотреть стоимость доставки на башне. Логинюсь на пэйпале и дальше пишет:

Чем им мой адрес не нравится?

Можно, если сумеете отправить им скан карты. На Башне лучше платит PayPal-ом, благо с недавних пор это возможно.

Можно применить купон если рассылка не приходит? Что то не получается, при оформлении заказа ввожу в поле комбинацию и перехожу на другую страницу, а они пишут Объявление № 016DB рекламные предложения могут быть использованы только те, кто получил это предложение от нас. Пожалуйста, введите номер объявления или оставьте это поле пустым.
Можно что то сделать?
В той же самой теме об этом писалось.
- Зарегистрировать свое мыло для получения новостей.
- Накидать в виш-лист (не в корзину!) кучу разного товара.
- Ждать воскресной рассылки.
Приветствую помогите…сам пока новичек имеем такой случай на башне сделал заказ на саваж (через посредника шипито буду доставлять)оплатил палкой естествинно со скидкой все вроде как прошло деньги с карты сняли но в палке состояние платежа не завершено а на башне Processing in Office что эт такое то???
