rc711 & paypal
всем привет.
ребята помогите советом, пришел с rc711 phantom2, все бы хорошо, да только ручка опускания камеры на аппаратуре не работает, продавилась штучка на плате и не работает, то ли в процессе сборки, толи в процессе транспортировки, о чем говорит магазин.
я создал диспут на paypal, rc711 давал советы по ремонту. ничего не получилось, я им предлагаю, вышлите мне новый пульт, а этот я Вам отправлю обратно! они говорят, что высылай обратно пульт посмотрим, но меня это не устраивает!!! Хочу, чтобы они отправили мне новый, а потом и я отправлю обратно не работающий.
магазин перестал отвечать на мои сообщения. Внимание вопрос:
Что я реально могу сделать через paypal? Вернуть часть денег? там есть ссылочка, вернуть средства с указанием суммы, или трансформировать диспут в претензию Paypal, что тогда будет?
Что делать то? опыта взыскивания через палку не было, а отправлять пульт платит за пересыл и ждать пока они наколхозят мой пульт и отправят, желания нет!
как могу переписываюсь…
но они реально задрали!

Thank you for your message, did you try to calibrate the X1 via assistance software? as we see in your video the X1 have response, just calibrate it once should be OK, please let us know. In case it’s not ok, please send the transmitter back to us.

thanks for your message, when you connect your transmitter to the computer, is there any response in the assistance software when you move the sticks (like throttle stock or aileron stick)?

the phantom is very good flying, all work very good, just x1 doesnt work!

yes, as we see in the photo it’s the X1 knob is lowered and thus it cannot connect well, so thus you cannot connect it, that’s why we suggest you to adjust the X1 knob’s height and calibrate it once in assistance software, and it should be ok, as we have repaired several transmitter like this, so please let us know is there any response of the other sticks in assistance software, because we would like to know is the assistance software recognize the transmitter, and if so, you can calibrate the X1. Thanks.

other sticks is work very well. i try to repair x1, very weak, do not hold. and calibrate x1 in sowftware doesnt work!!! and have only one hand work! knob very weak, after assemble transmiter, pitch control doesnt work!

would you please try to set the X1 Knob higher so that it can touch with the + tilt switch better? because unless the X1 knob is no response, otherwise it should be OK to adjust to normal after the calibration, and please note that both the transmitter and the Phantom 2 also need to calibrate once for the X1. Thanks.

i really tired to explain to you. after fixed x1 anв assembly the transmiter, x1 djesnt hold, and damage again, after some fixings, x1 stopped to answer!!!
