Сделал у них заках недавно оплатил картой Visa Virtuon из банка Платина.
Через часа 3-4 от них пришло письмо следующего содержания

We have obtained authorization for your order, however we have been
unable
to process the order (Order Number 197 938076) . We have attempted to
verify
your credit card security code with your bank, however they do not
support
this service at this time.
We will need one of the following pieces of information so we can
proceed

The authorization number used on this transaction. (We strongly
recommend
this option as the highest level of protection for you.) Every credit
card
transaction receives an authorization number. This number is
confidential
and only the credit card holder can contact their bank to obtain this
information. Please contact your credit card issuing bank and tell them

need the authorization number on the order placed with Tower Hobbies.
Once
you have this number, you will need to provide it to us for
verification.
OR
A copy of a photo ID. This needs to be an official ID. Example:
Drivers
license or passport. It will need to incl*ude your name and picture. We

Как я понял у них возникли какие то проблеммы с авторизацией карты и они просят прислать меня им КОД АВТОРИЗАЦИИ который написан в выписке банка. Я его узнал послал им они мне отвечают.

Also, we need to know the address where you receive your credit card
statement. If you are shipping the product to a different address,

Это у Вас проблеммы, читайте форум, 1001 раз на грабли.
Вышли им копию паспорта или водительского удостоверения и кредитки на одном листе.
Только замажь номер и код.
Хотят убедиться что ты это ты и карточка твоя.
Переводчиков кругом в сети полно и даже самого корявого достаточно чтобы понять
чего они хотят.

Проблемма в том что карта виртуальная ее нет вреале, вес номера в компе. А копию прав я им послал со всеми объяснениями.
Ну тогда делай то что они просили с самого начала:

(номер транзакции при блокировке денег на карточке) и отсылай.

Так я послал им его уже! Читайте внимательнее первый пост! На что и пришло второе сообщение от них, практически повторяющее по смыслу первое.
Почитал на сайте банка о карточке. Не понятно
есть ли у нее cvv код.

Ну тогда это заморочка банка. У меня подобное было при проверке карты Visa Electron на Paypal.
Aircraft взял без вопросов, а эти - нет и все.
С банком переговоры ни к чему не приводили (ответы стандартные “в целях безопасности”
и “что такое Paypal”). Вопрос решился просьбой по телефону
снять cvv на пять минут. А лучше- сделай карточку Visa Classic.
Иначе есть шанс потратить на факсы больше ее стоимости. Тем более что пластика нет
и возможности доказать им что она твоя, если того что ты указал номер транзакции им не достаточно,
я не вижу.
