Установил 7-ку на комп такую вот, до этого стояла тоже такая но глючила , запустил сим Аэрофлу и сим стал требовать установки OpenGL. Просканировал систему обнаружил Опен в системе, но тем не менее такая вот картина. Что бы значило? Стоит мощная видеокарта NVIDIA GeForce 9600GT, драйвер такой же
Проблема решилась можно удалять тему
