Провел испытания своего выключателя на транзисторе irf4905, при нагрузке 5ампер и напряжении 6,5в транзистор вообще не греется, а вот при нагрузке 11ампер начинает сильно греться тут уже нужен радиатор. Думаю для питания борта с 6 стандартными сервами должно вполне хватить.
Ну, хороший экземпляр! Тем более работа серв непостоянна. Реальный ток будет меньше.

Без подключенного резистора в 1 кОм от вывода 4 к “общему” драйвер в принципе не должен открываться.
Использую BTS50085(параметры почти одинаковые) ввиду бесплатной доступности нескольких штук.
