Оооочень интересно, ну прямо как в детективе, вбухав бабосы ждешь на…т табя или нет.
Это у нас где хочешь на…т 😅, а там люди культурные. 😉
Да-уж,культурные до такой степени что когда мой знакомый студент в Берлине сдавал движку обратно поставщику то он от них услышал оооочень культурные слова, и еще попросили больше не обращаться. Вот так культура.
Сегодня звонил Александэру. Пообещал что завтра уже будут результаты обследования. Надеюсь не обманывает.
А Вы хотели,чтобы его по голове погладили?Мне бы тоже такое отношение не понравилось,сначала нужно определиться с выбором двигателя,а потом приобретать.Ну конечно бывает и форс-мажор…

Мне думается - здесь Вы не правы. Действительно грамотный хозяин магазина, всегда примет назад купленную вещь(естественно исправную) даже независимо ни от каких правил и Законов о защите прав потребителя. Таким образом, покупатель не получит негатива при общении, а, скорее - наоборот. И, впоследствии и сам опять придет, и приведет с собой еще несколько человек.
Да ладно Вам, из за этого еще спорить. Хозяин магазина конечно поступил неправильно. Он мог думать что угодно, но не говорить этого ни в коем случае.
Наверное на кануне пива перепил и рульки переел. Ну и Бог с ним.

Так ломоются тока порошковые картера, литые сначила гнутся. Выходит что 3в производство в китай передал,😍кстати порошок не приваришь и не запояешь ни чем, претензии к производителю через диллера, а луче и тем и тем сразу и почаще и не стесняйся, тыж деньги заплатил и теперь страдаешь, всё будет шорошё😁

Наверное изначально там было производство,т.к. у 3W все картеры такие.А порошковая технология только в Китае применяется?Чего только не напишут.
Меня смущает место на изломе обозначенное стрелкой.

Получил ответ от Александера!!! Огромное всем спасибо за поддержку. Как выяснилось отправка в 3W была единственно верным решением.
Вот какой ответ я получил:
Dear Yuri,
we figure out that your crankcase has a casting default.
We change this engine to a CS-Version and send it back.
The CS Engine will be ready in the next 2 or 3 days.
We send this replacement engine free of charge.

But in any way i have allready sent this motor to 3W, and waiting what they going to do. I really hope that this will be changed for a new one, but i would like to pay further the price diffrence for a CS engine.

All you do is make trouble and arguments.
Do you think 3W is very happy and anxious to help you when you post these pictures about their new engine?? You don’t even know what happened to the mount.
You would be a gentleman if you waited for 3W to analyze this problem.
You customers make engine builders crazy! I speak for all manufacturers.
Also, you purchased the engine from Gerhard so I believe you should give him the respect of helping you.

To answer this letter, i have first of all to sorry for my english. It is not perfect and will try to answer you as clear as i can.
Your letter seems like you chargу me that my actions discredits the well known 3W name.
In my mind you should’t worry. Becouse in modellers club every flyer know that 3W engine is the best of the engines. And this incident is the rare exception. I do sorry not less then each of You.
I do own the 3W110iB2 engine wich i bought from Gerhard. He merit the best words i know. The first time i was shopping in AI i was wondered how friednly and thoughtful of his customers. I am happy with his service and 110 engine. A lot of thanks.)))

The first i did was reach Gerhard by the phone and disscused this trouble whith Gerhard, and hi was wery helpfull to me.Thank you Gerhard, and i’m sorry that misunderstud can happen.
Because of grievous reason i decide no longer disturb Gerhard.
I have already sent an e-mail to Alex about this problem, and hi ask me about bench stand. I have sent him these pics. It is made of 8mm birch plywood. And Gerhard was asking me about the stand.

Bobby, do you really think that it is up only with you and all manufacturers? )))))))) I do working in construction and building company and mine customers do the same to me. This is buisness.I’m sure you understand it.
I do not think that 3 W is very happy and anxious to halp me. Dear Alex and Peter if you think that i did some thing terrible for your reputation, You can void the varranty for my engine and throw it away.
But If you ask me how the motor was running i could be able to explane how it was and what i did with him. But first of all you ask me about how the motor was mounted. I wil make no secret that i was expecting this question. But do you really think that the modeller who has expirience on flying with gas engines, has used a lot of gas engines (including 3W28i, 55i 110ib2) do not understand that the motor should be mounted on a hard and flat surface?
I have no complaint to 3W team, i am sure they going to find out the reason of failure.
Finally, i would not to hurt some body feelings. I am sorry that we have the conversation like this one. I will be happy to post that 3W do the best.

Наверняка знают что такое - отправлять DHL-ом! Всётаки решили, что бесплатная замена на CS будет компенсацией за материальные потери, как видно из заключения, возникшие не по твоей вине…☕

А Вы знаете у меня 85в2 картер литой и у товарища 106в2 тож литой, на85 поршневая итальянская, корбер ирландия, я не исключаю что эти картера сделали в китае для 3в, иначе хренбы они чего заменили, особенно для раши, ведь русские для них что папуасы . А Игоря Я поздравляю!😁
