мощность сигнала в dBm
нет у него dbm, только rssi

Перечитайте мое сообщение. передачу данных RSSI на полетник я настроил. И в OSD я вижу RSSI но некорректные значения. И видео по вашей ссылке я видел… Там человек на 4-минуте настраивает значения Weight и Offset, так вот с этими значениями у меня в OSD показания от нуля до 10, если оставить значения по умолчанию то показания будут от нуля до 55. Если выставить значение W-200, S-76, то максимальное значение (когда аппа у приемника) будет 100, но потеряв половину сигнала значение RSSI упадет всего на 5 единиц, то есть станет 95. Подскажите как настроить чтобы увидеть адекватные значения в OSD?

Не совсем понятно, давайте уточним.
Вы “контроллером” называете полетный контроллер, или электронный регулятор скорости (ESC)?
Я так понял, что контроллер, который вы меняли - это именно регулятор, а не полетный контроллер?
Если ставили Mission Planner - значит у вас ArduPilot (да, вы писали). Вам тогда за подробностями надо в эту тему: rcopen.com/forum/f123/topic233564
Спасибо за совет. 1) Новый ESC заработал после проведения одновременной калибровки всех регуляторов ardupilot.su/wiki/arducopter/esc-motor.html - текст на русском с ошибками, смотрите видео на английском.
2) Печально, что мне так и не удалось подключить полетный контролер к компьютеру под управлением Mission planner. Пробовал под Win10 на одном компьютере и под Win7 на другом. Не появился порт com.

Все заработало, когда попробовал третий USB кабель.

Тут аж до 5ти… это явно перебор и цена тоже не детская.
Тогда так, что-бы 3кг было максималкой.
И регули какие можно? Мне бы какиенибудь на simonk но надо 6s.

Заменил приёмник R-XSR на Crossfire Nano - перестал армиться коптер. В Betaflight Configurator висит флаг ARM_SWITCH, на вкладках приемник и режимы все AUXы на 1500 и реакции на переключатели никакой нет. На стики причем реакция есть. Такое ощущение что контроллер не получает информацию о положении переключателей, но как это зависит от приемника? на вкладке конфигурация приемник указываю правильно. Ставлю R-XSR обратно, все работает((( Подскажите куда копать?

Без батарейки и не увидит.
Что будет, если подключить под USB, а потом подключить батарейку?
BLHeli пока оставьте в покое. Проверяйте через Betaflight Configurator.
Вы сами паяли коптер или он готовый?
Я бы начал с отсоединения всех проводов от контроллера, кроме батарейки. И проверки на возможные “сопли” между контактами.

не трогайте бихели конфигуратор, заем он вам?
сделайте скрин вкладки конфигурация в конфигураторе бетафлай(какой протокол esc выбран?),
а лучше зайдите в cli и наберите dump, содержимое выложите в текстовом файле и можно будет посмотреть в чём проблема.
разъем на полетнике или провод усб плохой, поэтому может возникать проблема с одновременным подключением по усб с батареей, пробуйте подключать по очереди и смените кабель.
